Friends of Prentice grant recipient Dr. Kara Goldman our board member Meghan Archibald joined Fox News Chicago to share advances in critical fertility research funded by Friends of Prentice and a personal story of surrogacy to raise awareness during National Infertility Awareness Month.

Having already funded over $25 million dollars towards women’s health research, Dr. Goldman continues to shine a light on why we need to meet this moment in history. “Right now we’re experiencing major cuts in women’s health research, which is already under-funded. The NIH is slashing research funding across the board, including women’s health research. This is where Friends of Prentice, this incredible organization comes in. They are generously funding the research of researchers like myself, as I’ve been able to continue my research seamlessly for the last 5 years because of their funding. Their generosity allows us to drive innovation in the field.”
